Read this, it’s necessary.
Video about how these people childishly insist on repeat regardless of what is going on.
Watch here and reblog if you like. Otherwise please don’t spend any more time on this.

I’m so painfully aware of this. Every time you tell me, I want to prohibit things to piss you off. But I don’t actually want to prohibit a darn thing. I want to regulate. I want drugs legalized and regulated as well, because prohibition doesn’t work.
Alex Jones said “violent crime has gone up” in the UK “with strict gun laws” while preaching “guns don’t kill people, people kill people.” The point of strict gun legislation is not to stop violent crime - everyone would love to do that but when it comes down to it, guns really don’t kill people. People actually are the ones who do it.
The thing is, they are able to kill more people with the aid of guns. Unstable people, criminals, and even normal people should be subject to background and mental health checks. We should have to have a gun license that requires a test to get. Clips should have a limit, just like drivers have a speed limit.
If violent crime has gone up, that isn’t because of gun law. Because murders have gone down - it has halved since 2002. Number of people murdered - which you are most likely to be if you are shot.

- Banning high-capacity ammunition.
- Closing the ‘gun show loophole.’
- Making the database of who cannot buy guns effective.
- Regulating where and how ammunition is purchased.
- Requiring handguns to be registered.
- Regulating how gun licenses are issued.
- Raising the age of legal handgun ownership to 21.
- Requiring the reporting of stolen guns.
And the dumb ones? Take a guess.
The Second Amendment
A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
*note: It seems like no one will want to point out that “regulated” could be taken differently due the age of the Constitution because that would mean the amendment itself could be outdated.

Odd how conservatives basically preach that if you have a gun, you’re basically immune to a shooting, yet they produced this in Houston, TX - a pretty gun-friendly area.
Can you imagine what cars would be like if they were a right? If they were entirely unregulated?
Also, your mentally ill kid can’t sneak your Porche into a school and kill a bunch of kids while they’re in class. Walls do a good job of stopping that.
To make his point, he sarcastically said “we should regulate cars!” … And we have.If you aren’t in the car headed for a gun shop by the time you’re done watching this, your American citizenship is revoked effective immediately.
Before I print the article, I just want to quickly say that this definitely, indubitably, frankly, and most certainly is a real article. All of these are actually what an actual attorney at law thinks you should own weapons for. Scratch that, NEED. With capital letters.
Some are pretty hilarious, actually. This was obviously made when someone said “give me one good reason someone would actually need an assault weapon” because its stretched thin to the point of funny more often than not.

You need an assault weapon—
- 1. to help continue the American tradition of citizen/soldier.
- 2. for recreation.
